Returns & Refund Policy

1. Overview

Due to the consumable nature of health supplements, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact support@whitefieldhealth.com within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos and your order number.
 We will replace the affected item at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if a product is confirmed as faulty or cannot be replaced. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exemptions

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:

  • Products opened or used incorrectly
  • Orders where delivery was refused or returned to sender
  • Delays caused by courier issues beyond our control
